Rear Admiral Enrique Luis Arnáez Braschi

He was born on August 4, 1969. He entered the Navy on March 2, 1986, graduating on December 17, 1990 as Alférez de Fragata.

It is qualified in Surface Warfare, Surface Weapons and Missiles. He has followed the Basic Course of the General Staff, the Command and Staff Course and the Naval High Command Course at the Naval War College; also, the Prepositioning Courses of Maritime Forces, Leadership and Rapid Planning Process at the Training Center of the Atlantic Expeditionary Forces of the United States Navy; the Course of Planning for Defense in the Center of Strategic Hemispheric Studies of Defense "Perry Center" of the University of Defense of the United States. He holds a Master's degree in Control Engineering and Automation from the Pontificia Universidad Católica del Perú and a Master's degree in Maritime Policy from the Escuela Superior de Guerra Naval.

During his service on board, he was provided with the BAP Villavicencio and the BAP Almirante Grau, in the areas of Armament, Missiles, Shooting Control, Artillery, Electronic Warfare and Radars. He was also Second Commander of BAP Santillana, Commander of BAP Larrea and Commander of BAP Quiñones. Other operational services include its assignment to the Light Infantry Battalion No. 7 on the Ucayali front and the designation as Head of the Project for the creation of the Navy's Cyber ​​Defense Command.

He has served in the Naval School of Peru, in the General Directorate of Navy Personnel, in the General Command of Operations of the Pacific, in the General Staff of the Navy and in the Secretariat of the General Command of the Navy as Assistant Secretary of the General Commander. Likewise, he has served as a Liaison Officer before the Command of the Fleet Forces of the United States Navy, and as Adviser to the President of the Council of Delegates of the Inter-American Defense Board in Washington, DC.

He is a bearer of the Peruvian Cross Awards for Naval Merit, Naval Medal of Honor of Merit for having occupied the First Place of his Promotion, Medal of the Inter-American Defense Board, and Medal for Services Rendered by the Navy and Marine Infantry of the United States, as well as various Decorations, Medals and Distinctions of both the Navy of Peru and other States.

As of August 2, he assumes the position of Commander of the Cyber ​​Defense of the Navy.

In 2019, the government grants him the promotion to the rank of Rear Admiral.
