Captain Pastor Ludwig Zanabria Acosta

He was born on April 21, 1969. He joined the Peruvian Naval Academy on February 22, 1983, graduating as Ensign on January 1, 1988.

He is a specialist in Naval Engineering. Graduated in the following programs: Basic Intelligence, Basic Staff, Surface Operations for Coast Guard Officers, Special Staff Course, and High Command, and Psychological Operations course.

He is been on board Peruvian Navy ships like B.A.P. "Rio Huarmey" as Head of the Operations Department, Commanding Officer on B.A.P. "Puno" and  on B.A.P. "Río Zaña Head of Operations Department on B.A.P. "Río Tambo", Executive Commander on B.A.P. "Río Huarmey".

During his tenure ashore, he has been Head of the Department of Administration at the Captains and Coast Guard School, Head of the Captains and Coast Guard School, Head of the General Services Office at the General Directorate of Captaincy and Coast Guard, Head of Coast Guard Detachment at the Force Command of Task 100, Head of the Operational Planning Division at the General Directorate of Captaincy and Coast Guard, Head of the Maritime Traffic Division at the General Directorate of Captaincy and Coast Guard, Head of the Operational Planning Division at the General Directorate of Captaincies and Coast Guard, Captain of the Port of Pucallpa, Head of the Department of Aquatic Material in the General Directorate of Captaincy and Coast Guard, Captain of Ilo Port, Head of Operations Section in the Coast Guard Operations Command, Chief of Staff in the Command of Coast Guard Operations, Director of Control of Aquatic Activities in the General Direction of Captaincies and Coast Guard, Officer in Transit in the Management of the Navy Personnel.

He currently serves as Deputy Naval Attaché to the Embassy of Peru in the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland and Alternate Permanent Representative of Peru to the International Maritime Organization (IMO).
