Rear Admiral Rodolfo Sablich Luna Victoria

He was born in Callao on March 24, 1966. He entered the Naval School of Peru on February 22, 1983, graduating on January 1, 1988 as Alférez de Fragata.

He is qualified in Hydrography and Navigation. He has followed the Navigation Course in Antarctic Waters, Basic Staff Course, Command and Staff Course and Senior Management and National Security Course.

He holds a Master's Degree in Business Administration from Universidad del Pacífico, a Master's degree in Hydraulic Engineering with a mention in Coastal Morphology from IHE-Holland and a Master's Degree in National Defense from the Center for Higher National Studies.

He has been Head of the Logistics Department of BAP Velarde; Head of the Security Department of the General Headquarters of the Navy General Command; Second Commander of the BAP Unanue, Second Commander of the BIC Humboldt, Head of the Cover Department of the BAP Bayovar; Head of the Logistics Department of BAP Almirante Grau; Head of the Logistics Section of the General Staff of the Fourth Naval Zone, Commander of the BIC Humboldt; Captain of Puerto del Callao; Defense and Naval Attaché in the Republic of Brazil and Head of the Institutional Policy Department of the General Staff of the Navy.

Likewise, in the Directorate of Hydrography and Navigation, he has held various positions among them: Head of the Surveys Division of the Department of Hydrography; Head of the Headlight Division of the Nautical Signaling Department; Head of the Materials and Services Department; Head of the Department of Antarctic Affairs; Chief Technician, Deputy Director of Hydrography and Navigation, and Director of Hydrography and Navigation, having participated in five Campaigns to Antarctica, and in 2017 he served as Director of Marine Welfare.

In 2018, he is appointed as Executive Director of the General Directorate of Captaincies and Coastguards. In 2019, he assumes the position of Director of Maritime Interests.
