The Peruvian Navy through the Cabin Boy School, offers to the Peruvian youth an alternative life, appart from  military training, a Productive Technical Education in their Military Service course, in order to enter in the labor market.

To give direct entry scholarships to the Naval Institute of Higher Education Technological Public - CITEN, for the top positions occupied at the end of each Naval Contingent.

Alternative Basic Education for all Cabin Boy who have not completed their High School, thanks to different naval zones CETPRO’s to make agreements with the Centres of Alternative Basic Education (CEBA's).

Training Courses at CETPRO into the Cabn Boy School and in other Educational Institutions through their agreements.
